How we handle what you tell us
We keep your information private. We do not share it with your school, or with anyone else, without your permission, and we never sell it.
One thing we want to be straight about, because it matters: AdvocatED is an education advising practice, not a law firm, so what you tell us is not protected by attorney-client privilege. For most school matters that makes no practical difference. If your situation also involves criminal charges or a lawsuit, talk to an attorney about what to put in writing and to whom. We will tell you when we think you have reached that point.
